Is it necessary to use original factory paint when repainting a car?

Electrocoating layer: Directly applied to the car body, it provides anti-corrosion protection and a good adhesion environment for the intermediate coating layer.
Intermediate coating layer: Applied over the electrocoating layer, it strengthens the car body's anti-corrosion protection, provides a good adhesion environment for the topcoat, and enhances the color of the topcoat to some extent.
Topcoat layer: Applied over the intermediate coating layer, it further strengthens the car body's anti-corrosion protection and displays the color; the various colors we see are displayed by this layer.
Clearcoat layer: Applied over the topcoat layer, it further strengthens the car body's anti-corrosion protection, protects the topcoat layer from minor scratches, makes the color more transparent, and slows down fading.
Anyone who repairs car paint knows that after spraying paint, the paint layer needs to be baked to accelerate drying and enhance adhesion between paint layers.
