　　Hunan Xiangjiang Coatings Group Co., Ltd. is a large comprehensive group whose core industries are R&D, production, sales, and coating services of coatings and resins. It is also involved in transportation, trade, metal products, printing, and other industries. Currently, it has over 2000 employees, an annual coating production capacity of 500,000 tons, and a coating production area of 666,000 square meters. It has four coating subsidiaries: Xiangjiang Coatings Technology, Hunan Xiangjiang Kansai, Shuangta Coatings Technology, and Xiangjiang Construction Technology. The group's three leading brands, "Xiangjiang," "Shuangta," and "HKP," cover 18 categories of national coating standards, with up to 1000 varieties and colors. It is competitive in automotive coatings, industrial coatings, special coatings, heavy anti-corrosion coatings, water-based coatings, civil decorative coatings, and resin coatings, providing users with integrated services including products and complete construction applications. Kansai Paint has automotive coating partners in Austria, Germany, the US, Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. It has established joint ventures for automotive coatings in Hunan, Tianjin, and Chongqing, China. In 2023, its sales revenue reached 562.277 billion yen.

　　Asahi Trading Co., Ltd., established in 1968, is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Its business scope includes import trade of steel, non-ferrous metals, machinery, instruments, textiles, chemical products, and food. In addition to its Tokyo headquarters, it has five branches in Japan and offices or branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan, and Hong Kong, China. In 2023, its turnover was 50.8 billion yen.
