Corporate spirit
Integrity
Integrity encompasses loyalty and honesty; trust means keeping promises.
First, integrity: Loyalty. We must be loyal to our company; this is a fundamental requirement for employment. The company and its employees are like skin and hair; without the skin, where would the hair be? Therefore, only when each employee treats the company as their home, working to protect its interests, abide by its rules, enhance its reputation, and improve its image, can we prosper together and achieve success. Second, honesty in dealing with others. Honesty means being truthful, genuine, and sincere. We advocate honesty in dealing with others, in business, and with the world. We advocate being honest and hardworking; what we say is what we do. One should be open-minded, honest, not deceitful, and treat others sincerely. Whether it's customers or colleagues, whether they are kind or unkind, I treat everyone honestly without any deception or arrogance. Over time, sincerity can move mountains; when everyone is happy, I am happy too – why not?
Secondly, trust, which is keeping one's promises. Being upright and honest, keeping promises is paramount. When formulating or executing marketing strategies, manufacturing and inspecting each batch of products, receiving each customer, and completing each after-sales service, we should always remember that keeping our promises is our responsibility.
Integrity is the foundation of our business; we will always prioritize integrity.
Dedication
Employees must love their profession, diligently perform their duties, and devote themselves to building the company's success.
First, regardless of whether you are a temporary worker or the general manager, if your job exists, it must have value. Therefore, regardless of the job's importance, as long as you fully dedicate yourself, persevere, and diligently study it, you will surely achieve something and find your life's meaning and enjoyment. It is clear that dedication is a necessary condition for realizing one's life value. Secondly, loving your profession means respecting yourself and fulfilling your responsibilities to others and society. Dedication is a fundamental professional ethic. Therefore, every employee must have a spirit of dedication.
Dedication requires awareness of merits and demerits. What constitutes merit? Being devoted, loyal, and hardworking, doing anything beneficial for the company is merit. What constitutes demerit? Phoning it in, being lackadaisical, and accomplishing nothing is a demerit.
Dedication requires a strong sense of responsibility. A sense of responsibility is a high sense of responsibility towards oneself and the company. Every employee, especially managers, should understand that accepting a job means accepting responsibility. Whether you do it yourself, direct others, or delegate it, you must be fully responsible for the results of this work and must not shirk responsibility. Every employee should understand: if I produce even one percent of defective products, for the consumer who uses this product (including services) it is a 100% quality defect. Therefore, every time I purchase a batch of materials, make a formula, inspect a batch of products, or send away a batch of customers...I ask myself: Am I responsible to the company? After finishing work, putting away tools, closing accounts, or closing the door... I carefully think: Was I responsible to the company today? I believe that every colleague can get the correct answer every day.
Dedication requires diligence. Diligence is the necessary means of turning good wishes into reality and the only way to succeed. Diligence lies in two points: first, being diligent in thinking, actively and proactively engaging in practice, thinking of ways and ideas, being creative and achieving distinctive work performance. Second, being diligent in practice, working hard starting from small things, persistently doing every small thing well, accumulating small achievements to build our great cause. Diligence is a positive attitude and upward spirit, not entirely equal to ability; a person who is diligent and capable can make great contributions to the company.
Unity
It goes without saying that unity is strength. I often remind employees that unity is the basic guarantee of success and a basic requirement for every employee. Our unity has two meanings: internal unity among employees, making them our partners who share weal and woe; and external unity with every consumer, making them our true friends.
So many people come together, each with their own work style and thinking habits. We may encounter unpleasant things, and there will inevitably be various contradictions in the workplace. It's difficult to get along with people, and even more difficult to be someone who is good at handling interpersonal relationships. What's the secret to good unity? I advocate treating people with sincerity; that is the secret. The ancients said, "Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself." We must learn to understand, sympathize, and respect others. Don't impose things that we ourselves wouldn't want to do on others. Some people always think about their interests being harmed or potentially harmed and plot to create conflict between people. Such people live a very tiring life, wasting a lot of energy on these useless actions. Why not use their intelligence to work and make more contributions to society? Therefore, we should uphold sincerity in our conduct. Over time, a lot of love will arise, making one naturally kind, able to forgive others' mistakes, and respect everyone around them. If every employee acts in this way, how could there not be unity? Therefore, people should understand, respect, and help each other. I advocate the "mutual trust, mutual understanding, mutual respect, and mutual assistance" principles as the guidelines for our interpersonal relationships.
Cadres are a key factor in the success or failure of a cause and must also emphasize unity. If a cadre cannot unite their colleagues or coordinate with neighboring departments, they will achieve nothing no matter how capable they are. Therefore, whether or not a person possesses strong cooperative ability and is good at uniting those around them is an important indicator for the appointment and assessment of cadres. The statement about uniting every consumer to make them our true friends comes from a consumer-centric marketing philosophy. Without consumers, there is no market; without a market, there would be no Hunan Guanxi; this is a concept that every employee should have. Our company's marketing work is to study, guide, and satisfy consumers' desires and needs. I believe that our entire job is to make consumers satisfied and reassured. I propose that we consider the issues to be solved from the consumer's perspective and that we formulate, revise, and implement resolutions, plans, and various rules and regulations from the consumer's perspective.
I believe that through the unremitting efforts of all employees, every customer will become a forever friend of Hunan Guanxi.
Progress
Progress is a necessity for survival; it is the pursuit of self-improvement, the pursuit of great aspirations, the transcendence of oneself, the willingness to take risks, dare to explore and innovate.
Striving forward is a necessity for survival. Firstly, since the establishment of our market economy model, a market competition mechanism has been formed, and competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. We are facing strong competition from domestic and foreign counterparts. Secondly, our products are not high-tech products and do not possess high-tech advantages, leaving us with no natural barriers to defend. This makes us feel like we are walking on thin ice. The simple truth is that if we do not advance, we will regress. Market competition is merciless; the superior will triumph, and the inferior will perish. Complacency will only lead to failure and extinction. Therefore, I advocate for maintaining a sense of urgency and building a high degree of crisis awareness, with all staff uniting and striving for constant progress!
Striving forward is a process of self-denial. The saying 'to examine oneself three times a day' emphasizes constant self-reflection, self-criticism, and self-transcendence, which is a virtue. Self-reflection and self-criticism are not something everyone can do. Some people are unaware of the gap between themselves and others, don't understand their own abilities, and cannot tolerate opposing views. They think they can do everything, but in reality they cannot. These people are very unfortunate. I hope every employee understands that only by constantly discovering and correcting our shortcomings and recognizing and developing our strengths can we become stronger. This applies to individuals, and equally to enterprises.
Striving forward requires diligent learning and careful thought, a willingness to take risks, and the courage to explore and innovate. Complacency and arrogance are contemptible habits. I urge everyone to study diligently, learning about business management knowledge, the experiences of advanced domestic and foreign companies, and everything beneficial to our survival and development. Let us think carefully and contribute our ideas for business expansion. Sticking to the rules, being overly cautious, and passively waiting for instructions is not our style. I encourage all employees to be bold in taking risks, to take responsibility, to thoroughly understand the intentions of superiors, and to actively engage in creative work. I believe that we will continuously develop new technologies, new products, and new markets, constantly innovating and progressing in marketing, production, technology, and service!
