The Xiangjiang Kansai business team worked overnight to successfully complete the electrophoresis tank project for the South Plant of XPeng Motors' Guangzhou base.
In the golden October of 2024, a season of bountiful harvests, the Xiangjiang Kansai Sales Department 9 team, with unwavering perseverance, worked through the night to successfully complete the tanking work for the 500-ton electrophoretic project at XPeng Motors' Guangzhou South Plant. This is the second large-scale electrophoretic tanking project completed by the entire department this year, following the GAC Honda electrophoretic tanking project in April. This marks a significant breakthrough in the "NIO, XPeng, Li Auto" new energy vehicle market, following the company's successful partnerships with Huawei-affiliated new energy vehicle companies such as Seres and Chery.
Looking back at the cooperation history between Xiangjiang Kansai and XPeng Motors, it has been full of twists and turns. However, the sales team has always adhered to its original aspirations, maintaining close communication with customers through a down-to-earth work style and a positive service attitude. Finally, after XPeng Motors took over the former BAONENG factory (now the South Plant), a new opportunity for cooperation emerged. With the strong support of the company's leadership and the full cooperation of various departments, Xiangjiang Kansai successfully won the bid based on its outstanding comprehensive advantages. Under the leadership of Director Li Yunfei, the Sales Department 9 team quickly responded to customer needs. While ensuring mass production and delivery in other markets, the planning and logistics department flexibly dispatched multiple tank trucks to meet the tanking needs of the XPeng project. From 3 pm to 5 am the next day, after 14 hours of continuous hard work, the team successfully completed the tanking and level adjustment, and started the electrolyte circulation ripening.
The successful completion of this project won high praise from the customer, who particularly commended the Xiangjiang Kansai team's hard work and fighting spirit. Faced with a formidable task and a tight schedule, the sales team members took the initiative, overcame difficulties, coordinated communication, and tracked progress, ultimately ensuring the project was completed on time. During the tanking period, General Manager Zou Guoqiang came to the site to guide the work, injecting strong motivation into the team.
