Environmental Commitment Letter of Hunan Xiangjiang Kansai Coatings (Changsha) Co., Ltd.
Hunan Xiangjiang Kansai Coatings (Changsha) Co., Ltd. is located at No. 417, Tongguan Avenue, Tongguan Circular Economy Industrial Base, Wangcheng Economic Development Zone. The original site was in Huashi Village, Tongguan Town. There were no environmental legacy issues on the site, and no existing pollution problems. The surrounding land and areas are under development, and there are currently no large industrial pollution sources nearby. There are few environmentally sensitive points in the surrounding area.
To promote the sustainable development of the enterprise and the environment, and to establish a green development concept, our company proactively assumes social responsibility for environmental protection. We strictly abide by environmental laws and regulations, fully implement various environmental protection measures, and earnestly fulfill our environmental responsibilities. Our company solemnly commits to the following:
1. Earnestly fulfill the enterprise's environmental protection responsibilities, consciously abide by environmental policies and laws and regulations, protect the environmental rights and interests of the people, and strive to be a green and environmentally friendly credit enterprise;
2. Effectively manage the operation of enterprise pollution control facilities, ensure the normal operation of environmental protection facilities, ensure that pollutant emissions comply with national regulations, and prohibit direct discharge, illegal discharge, leakage of pollutants, and unauthorized transfer or dumping of pollutants;
3. Implement pollution reduction policies, actively take effective measures to reduce pollution loads, strengthen environmental emergency work, eliminate pollution hazards, and ensure environmental safety;
4. Solidly promote the work of enterprise environmental information disclosure, do not conceal or deceive, consciously cooperate with environmental law enforcement, and proactively accept supervision from the media.
The above commitments are subject to the supervision of the public and the media. If any of the above commitments are violated, resulting in damage to the public's environmental rights and interests, in addition to bearing legal liabilities, we will compensate for public and social losses and publicly apologize in the media.
