In October 1995, official business operation was started.

In December 1995, our company appointed the first group of technical personnel to study in Japan for 45 days.

In July 1997, Jiangling Ford began full use of DuPont imported paint, to provide integrated services from Hunan Kansai.

On Jan. 13, 2002, Mr. John R. Lewis, president of Dupont (US) who is in charge of the global paint business and Mr. H.Nelson Furman, general manager of Dupont in the Asian-Pacific region went to our company for a two-day business visit. During the visit, they were deeply impressed by our company and gave a high reputation of our company.

In January and May 2002, Changfeng Motor and Hubei Shiyan Dongfeng Motor separately organized activities concerning color presentation and product promotion, which were a great success.

From January to August 2002, the ED switch of Hefei Changhe Automobile Company was completed. 

From June to September, our company sent research staff, quality inspection staff and staff from Manufacturing Department to carry out research and study in Kansai, Japan.

In July 2002, obtained over 80% of the new line of Hebei Chang’an Automobile Co., Ltd.

In August 2002, our automatic coating machine (over 3 million Yuan) was put into use, which provides necessary conditions for the research of products more in line with customer needs.

In October, the debugging of undercoat, middle coat and finish coat of production line of Chang’an Ford was finished completely and smoothly. 

In November 2002, our company obtained the right to supply paint of three colors for  Southeast Motors.

On December 30, 2002, our company obtained the high-tech enterprise certificate.

In 2002, SGMW carried out all-round invitation for bids and obtained the due market share.

In February, Dongfeng Nissan visited our company.

 

 

In March 2003, the electrophoretic paint of Dongfeng Nissan’s Fengshen Base / Xiangfan Base won the bid.

In January 2005, Hunan Kansai won the bid completely in the bidding of Chongqing Lifan on finishing coat for economic car (3,000 cars annually).  

In February 2005, the chairman visited the head office of Kansai and carried out negotiation with related responsible person concerning the prospects of Hunan Kansai. The security inspection team of Kansai went to our company and offered training concerning static countermeasures to related personnel in an effort to have further improvement. Hunan Kansai’s electrophoretic paint won the bid of Fengshen Huadu Automobile of Dongfeng Nissan and Hualing Heavy Auto. Meanwhile, our company became the first-grade general contractor and supplier for the painting workshop of the east line of SGMW.

In March 2005, we became the only electrophoretic paint supplier of Dongdeng Liuzhou Auto and the Xiangfan new line of Dongfeng Nissan (commercial vehicle). Meanwhile, we obtained the right to supply the finishing coat for China Honda’s bidding project.

In April 2005, Mr. Lian Tianguang from Kansai served as general manager assistant of our company to offer technical guidance to the Research Department and to communicate with the clients. The Changsha Xingsha Base of Changfeng Automobile decided to continue to choose Hunan Kansai as the only paint supplier.

In May 2005, the 10th board meeting of our company was held in Malaysia. The USD 7.5 million’s investment for the Xingsha new plant was fully made. The main structure of the building of the new plant (first stage) was finished. The right to supply products to the new electrophoresis line of Chang’an Auto was obtained. Dongfeng Honda started volume production in Wuhan. This is the breakthrough of our finishing coat in the Honda market (three colors).

In July 2005, our company obtained the QS9000 renewal examination.

In August 2005, we obtained five colors of Changhe Suzuki and started the trail spray. In October, volume production will start.

In September 2005, Southeast Motor started to use all our paint for the middle and upper part. 

In October 2005, we won the bidding for general contractor of the new coating line of FAW Jiefang.

In December 2005, under the support of experts from Kansai, the NT-100C lead-free F-1 and pilot production of Xingsha new plant succeeded. And our company became the paint supplier of China Honda.

 

 

In January 2006, the automatic coating lab for water-based paint (investment of 4 million Yuan) had been built and put into normal use.

In February 2006, we smoothly passed the QAV check on varnish and F-1 by Guangzhou Toyota.

In March 2006, our monthly output reached 1602 tons, which increased by 30% than the original 1237 tons and attained a new height.

In October 2005, we won the bidding for general contractor of the new coating line of FAW Jiefang.

And the monthly output of resin amounted to 500 tons (previously maximum output: 347 tons).

In April 2006, we successfully carried out the trial production of new product 145 and 405 lead-free resin and the product quality was up to the quality requirement of Kansai company.

From October to December 2006, smoothly finished the relocation of resin of finishing coat to the new plant (Xingsha plant). Meanwhile, the water paint production line was constructed in the old plant and is expected to be finished in 2007. Besides, the new plant has also introduced the diluent production line and lead resin production line.

Won the bidding of the finishing coat of Jiujiang Changhe.

Won the bidding of all the paint for the middle and upper part of Chongqing Lifan in 2007.

Passed the safety monitoring of Kansai and the inspection of the safety supervision bureau and fire brigade for many times. Our company was rated as advanced unit for firefighting.

In December 2006, passed the financial inspection of the three-member group of Kansai.

In December 2006, our independently developed varnish was being applied in all the production lines. 

In December 2006, the new colors of this year were most applied in Changling (Jingdezhen), Jiangling Holding, Chang’an (plant No. 3 and Plant No.5).

In December 2006, new breakthrough was made in the market share for new colors of Changling Jingdezhen, Jiujiang, Dongfeng Honda and Guangzhou Honda 2 in 2007.

This year, Hunan Xiangjiang Kansai Paint Co., Ltd. comprehensive production and operation of foreign Hunan Kansai Foreign companies produce business from July all were transferred to the Xiangjiang Kansai.

Nanjing Changan Ford B299 models project, Nissan LSS line, Xiangtan Geely Automobile, SGMW Qingdao New Line, Nanjing Rover, Xi'an BYD Auto's projects have been successful.

In 2008, we achieved output of 24514 tons, sales volume of 29719 tons and sales revenue of 860 million Yuan.

In 2008, we opened up new markets and finished the following new projects:

1. The electrophoretic paint, intermediate coat and finishing coat of Qingdao Wuling were put into full debugging.

2. The debugging of finishing coat of MG, Nanjing Auto Light Vehicle and Geely Linhai was carried out.

3. The electrophoretic trough casting and pot casting of finishing coat were finished for the BYD Xi’an new line and Shenzhen new line.

4. The electrophoretic trough casting and trough casting of finishing coat were finished for Hebei Chang’an CM10 new line.

III. The all-round follow-up of the new projects of all the lines led by the Sales Department changed the condition in which the technical support was provided by the Research Department solely, and facilitated the methodical and effective progress of project. In 2008, we won the title of excellent supplier by Jiangling Quanshun and Changhe Lingmu (Jiujiang).

IV. According to the new stipulations of the Labor Contract Law, the Personnel Department, on the one hand, further scandalized and improved the labor relation management on personnel employment and changed the contract workers to employees uniformly. On the other hand, it amended related rules and regulations accordingly. All these enable our rules and regulations more specific, comprehensive, standard and accurate. At the same time, we organized study program for our employees, so that they may have a deeper understanding of the rules and regulations.

IV. 1.The finishing rate of the production quality objective achieved great improvement than that of 2007. The personnel efficiency increased by 10% than that of 2007.

2. The problem of shrinkage cavity was thoroughly solved, and the quality of water paint was further stabilized.  

3. Through technological reform, our production capacity was raised to different degrees. The production capacity of lead-free F-2 was raised by 30%. The monthly production capacity in April amounted to 2498 tons, attaining a new height in history.

VI. We introduced the production system for F2 and trough amino resin and independently finished the system design, installation and debugging. Now the system has put into normal production. The output of amino resin and F2 increased by 400 tons respectively. Besides, the additional work for the 1250KVA transformer was also finished, which provided more guarantee for power supply.

VII. Smoothly passed the follow-up and check of the ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system by TUV certification company.
